Wah Fastener Plates – Wah, Expression & Pedal Mounting System

Wah, Expression and other commonly used pedals are notoriously known for NOT being pedalboard friendly.  Bulky screw heads sticking out once the feet are removed, velcro kinda working, but not really. These “Wah and Pedal Plates” level the playing field for an easy and noticable upgrade!

Clear acrylic with counter sunk screw holes, new stainless steel hardware (Wah Plates Only) plus industrial grade velcro, all included.  If you need Dual Lock for your installation, no prob! You’ll have to grab that separately. Looking at the internal guts of the pedal is also very sweet!

Our wah wah pedal mounting plates are compatible with most Dunlop Wah pedals including, the infamous Cry Baby. We also have a compatible plate to fit Vox Wah, CAE, Mission Engineering and more…

What’s Included:

  • Translucent & Durable 3/16″ Cast Acrylic Plate
  • Industrial Grade Velcro strips – See How To Install Velcro Here!
  • *** Wah Pedal Plates Only*** 4 stainless steel #6X32 by 3/8″ screws – You may need to re-use your existing screws, depending on enclosure screw mounting hole setup

Extra Wah Fastener Fitment Notes

  • Crybaby Fitment Compatibility Notes: this plate fits many other brands as well as a WIDE variety of Dunlop wah pedals, including Signature Artist releases, bass, Univibe & Rotovibe • MXR brand wah • Pigtronix EP-1 • Newer Thomas Organ (older 60’s and 70’s era pedals will utilize the Mission plate) RMC Wah’s that have instrument labeled on the right and amplifier on the left. All VOX wah pedals aside from the 60’s and 70’s (those will use the Mission plate) • CAE • Area 51
  • Mission Engineering Fitment Compatibility Notes: Mission Engineering – (Wah, Volume, Expression, Aero) Area 51  (built from November 2009 to the present) •  BBE•  Eleca •  Friedman •  JAM Wahcko•  •  MJM Guitar FX •  Modtone •  Moog EP-1  •  Rocktron •  RMC — Current RMC 1LE, RMC-10, RMC-11, RMC Joe Walsh models and older models built from July 2006 to about early 2010. These are approx 10″ long and the earlier versions that use the Dunlop Plate are approx 10.5″
  • If your pedal had a battery compartment door, that function goes away when using the plate. You should be powering the wah with a quality power supply anyway, so its usually, non issue.
  • Sometimes our included stainless steel screws won’t fit your enclosure. We apologize in advance, but you’ll need to trek down to your local hardware outfit to locate some…or, try to use the screws that came with your pedal

I unfortunately destroyed the original plate on my JAM Wah using an inferior mounting system. I reached out to Spence about sizing and he got back to me in minutes. The Mission Plate is a great build and fit just right. Thanks again West Coast!

Amazing product. It looks so good I want to put the wah upside down on my pedalboard.

  1. The countersunk holes were not drilled deep enough. Using the screws suppled the Vox (1st reissue series) could not be screwed down completely I’m using the old Vox plate between the Wah and the plexi glass plate. I might head to the local hardware store to look for small washers as an alternative.
